    Apparently more people are turning to the internet to investigate local housing markets. Last time our family moved, I had to fly from D.C. to Tampa over a long weekend just to see what was available!

    Although I still wouldn’t offer a contract online, it must be a great time saver to look at the availability of homes ahead of time to pare down the number of properties you have to look at.
